Real and Mourinho want to offload another six players.

As Real Madrid continue to hand José Mourinho one high-profile signing after another, the club must also reduce the size of its squad, with several players now expected to leave.

One thing is certain: regardless of how this season unfolds, José Mourinho will have little reason to complain about the club’s activity in the transfer market. Real Madrid’s hierarchy has worked tirelessly to build an elite squad, already completing the signings of Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, Denzel Dumfries and Ibrahima Konaté, while Yan Diomandé’s arrival is expected to be confirmed imminently.

And the spending may not be over yet. Rodri remains a priority target, while the Spanish giants are also hoping to bring in another top-class centre-back before the end of August.

The objective is clear: assemble a world-class squad capable of reclaiming both La Liga, currently dominated by Barcelona, and the UEFA Champions League. However, with so many new arrivals, combined with several players returning from loan spells, Valdebebas is becoming increasingly overcrowded. As a result, departures are now essential.

According to Cadena SER, Real Madrid are looking to offload at least six players over the coming days.

In defence, neither Ferland Mendy nor Raúl Asencio are considered part of Mourinho‘s plans. The new arrivals have pushed both players further down the pecking order, while Asencio is also reportedly facing internal concerns regarding his behaviour.

Another complicated situation involves Eduardo Camavinga. Although several clubs are interested in signing the French midfielder, he has shown no desire to leave the Spanish capital this summer.

Meanwhile, Endrick and Franco Mastantuono have also been encouraged to seek moves away, although only on loan to secure regular playing time. The Brazilian striker is expected to attract significant interest across Europe, while the young Argentine is reportedly keen on returning to his boyhood club, River Plate.

Gonzalo García is another player whose future remains uncertain. Mourinho is said to appreciate the young forward, but Real Madrid could be tempted by a substantial offer, with Fulham reportedly willing to spend heavily to secure his signature.

Beyond these six players, Cadena SER also includes Vinícius Júnior and Aurélien Tchouaméni among the names that could potentially leave before the transfer window closes. Arsenal continue to dream of signing the Brazilian superstar, while Manchester United remain interested in bringing Tchouaméni to Old Trafford.
