Adding further speculation, the Daily Mail revealed that Vinícius could even miss the start of preseason training, with the Brazilian expected back in Madrid later this week.

The club have reportedly decided to take full control of the situation and adopt a much tougher negotiating position. The message is straightforward: either Vinícius accepts the current proposal, or Real Madrid will look to sell him this summer to avoid the risk of losing him for free in 2027.
